Sí Emergency Heating Module (Base Module)
Permanently integrated, pressureless thermal storage and tempering system providing heating support in winter and passive cooling in summer. Operation is primarily non-electric, using thermal storage, earth- and concrete-based air ducts, and natural air buoyancy. Not designed for conventional passive houses with permanently airtight building envelopes and central mechanical ventilation systems (MVHR).

SíAir – Zero-Energy Cooling & Heating
A System Based 100% on Real Natural Principles
SíAir is a fully passive climate and thermal system that cools and stabilizes indoor temperatures without electricity, compressors or refrigerants.
It uses constant ground temperatures and water-based thermal storage to deliver noticeable cooling even under extreme heat - year-round, low-maintenance and completely off-grid.
How it works
- Outside air is drawn through a buried earth duct, taking on the natural ground temperature.
- A water cistern acts as a thermal buffer and stabilizes indoor climate day and night.
- Wind-induced inlet modules and an aerodynamic exhaust tower generate continuous airflow - without any moving parts.
- Only during absolute wind & solar stagnation does a small 10–20 W PV micro-fan assist the airflow.

SíSand – Seasonal Heat Storage

- Heat is retained for weeks to months
- Energy is released in winter or at night to support heating systems

A village typically includes 15–30 premium housing units (72–144 m²), outdoor kitchens, covered terraces and community spaces - all independent of external energy, water and wastewater infrastructure.

PU spray foam provides thermal insulation, cavity filling and structural reinforcement.
