Project Concepts & Pilot Programs – Be Part of the First Generation

We are at a turning point. For the first time, autonomous energy, cooling and water systems enable truly sustainable buildings, villages, and social infrastructure without grid connections, without high operating costs, and without political risk. Together with selected pilot partners, we are developing several real lighthouse projects in Europe, Asia and emerging regions.

Mallorca – Autonomous Demonstration Site (Pilot Project 2025)

On a 10,000 m² property in Mallorca ...

On a 10,000 m² property in Mallorca, we are building a fully self-sufficient demonstration site featuring multiple Sí-Climate modules:

SíAir – natural cooling with zero electricity

SíSand – seasonal PV heat storage

SíStorage – water & fire-protection systems

48V Solar Microgrid – safe and fully off-grid

Outdoor-living, microclimate & regenerative architecture

The centerpiece will be an autonomously cooled yoga & retreat house, serving as a live demonstration for hotels, municipalities and investors.

Capital requirement: approx. €250,000

(no funds, no financial products – pure project partnership)

We are seeking 2–3 pilot partners who want early access to technology, data, onsite demonstrations and follow-up projects.

Social Infrastructure Project – Bangladesh / Africa / Romania

We are also developing a large-scale social infrastructure program for regions suffering from extreme heat, water scarcity, unstable housing and weak public services.

The goal is to build a fully autonomous village providing protection against weather extremes, wildlife, health risks and security threats – while enabling long-term socioeconomic stability.

Planned components include:

SíAir cooling systems

for medical, social and public facilities

SíSand thermal storage

for hot water, space heating and energy bufferinga

large-scale water & fire-protection ring

for hygiene, resilience and continuous supply

modular, durable buildings

based on our structural container frame

safe & affordable housing units

for families, staff and community members

This autonomous village operates without grid electricity, without complex technology, and without fuel, delivering stable infrastructure, education, healthcare and new economic opportunities.

Capital requirement (Phase 1–2): €900,000 – €1.2M

The project delivers strong social and structural impact and is designed for collaboration with NGOs, foundations, impact investors and development agencies.

We aim to work with partners who want to help build a scalable global model urgently needed in many regions of the world.

Workforce & Staff Villages in the Mediterranean (Sí-Village Europe)

Southern Europe faces a severe shortage of affordable staff housing for hotels.

Our third pilot program develops autonomous Sí-Village communities with 15–30 residential units (72 m² and 144 m²), outdoor kitchens and fully independent energy and water systems.

Advantages for operators:

Removable structures – enabling fast-track permitting

Predictable income from long-term hotel rental agreements

40+ year building lifespan

Zero municipal grid load

Strong ESG impact

Capital requirement: €2.8M – €5.0M per site

(depending on size, country, and model type)

This model aligns fully with the official development framework of Sí-Village Europe.
