SíAir uses an underground water or climate cistern as a natural cold reservoir.
Through a precisely engineered airflow system, warm outside air is passed over water surfaces and earth-cooled zones - lowering its temperature before entering the building.
The entire process is fully passive:
No pumps. No electricity. No moving parts.
The cistern functions as a seasonal thermal buffer.
During the day, heat is absorbed; at night, the system naturally regenerates.
Combined with wall modules, natural-draft shafts or earth ducts, SíAir forms a complete cooling network that operates continuously - even at 40°C or higher outdoor temperatures.
SíAir can be built into new structures or retrofitted into existing buildings and operates independently of grid stability or energy prices.
